False Collections & ID

My son received a email from this company stating that I supposedly owe Heratige an assumed amount and they cannot trace me. They have been instructed to collect this amount from me. They have my address & ID no but not my cell no or email address. I phoned said company & informed them that I have not bought from Heritage as far as I know. I informed them that I am handing this matter to Legal Wise for investigation. They then asked if I ever lost my ID to which I replied no. They replied that it could be ID . I then phoned Volpes (which is SA Heritage) & spoke to Janet Boshoff. She informed me that their company does not have my name on their records & that they furthermore do not sell to individuals on credit. I told her about my complaint & their company is investigating it from their side. I phoned MCS again & asked who gave instructions for the collection. They could not tell me as they do not have a contract or any agreement to purchase between Heritage (Volpes) & myself. I suspect serious & ID connected to this collection agency. Please assist me in investigating this matter.
