Lack of service

Suppliers such as Herbert Evans have been out of stock of glass etching fluid for a while. Jo from Heritage promised to send some to Herbert Evans over a week ago but I have not had a call to collect it. I have also gone to the store but just get excuses.
Pathetic service!!
