Incompetent & Threatening

For the second time in 2 months I have recieved a sms saying "You have been Traced pay R250.00 before 20/07 .Phone immediatley to avoid prosecution.

I have now returned their call at my time and expense to be told that they are looking for a Mr Saayman and that I am him. Somebody has obviously given my number as their own and was not checked by RCS when they gave Mr Saayman credit.
RT Daly's reply is that they do not send the sms' but that the sms is generated electronically and as such they have no control over what goes out to who. The lady that answered the phone says "Oh I see your number has been removed from the system by Mathais and I really dont know why you are getting a sms"

The fact that they are threatening before phoning to speak to the "account holder" is totally unacceptable! I am going to find out if they are in error with regards the New credit Legislation.
