Rude uninformed wanna be lawyer or debt collecto

I had the same mobile number for 10 years but according to Mrs Berg My number does not ring or exist. Maybe if she leaves a message I could respond instead she gives me missed calls and at the time I did not have airtime so my husband phoned on my behalf the company advised him they would phone him back. May I also add they charge R66.12 to return a call. Mrs berg phones only office numbers and then rudely tells you to make payments before the end of the same day she called she also knows what you can and can not afford and you can not make arrangements she even tells you what time it is and when you should call her back does not bother to ask if you can phone cause you will. She obviously is on a serious power trip or maybe she earns commission depending on her level of rudeness. And then she also threatens to speak to your manager-luckily my manager will tell her where to get off. She has no tact what's so ever but in her line of work I suppose she don't know of any better and surprisingly if someone complaints about a bad attitude you will always find more than one complaint about that company! eg. and they never respond instead she calls me a!
