I join Cell C 2 months ago. I signed up for a contract via the Call Centre, 4 days went past. I called in only to find out the guy did not do the paper work and went home. After speaking to a manager they tracked him down via the call recording (As I couldn't remember his name) and put him on only for him to laugh and make promises to finish it and mail me back. No mail to date. I make another call the following day and I speak to a new consultant which lashes at me that it's my problem, as I should of remembered the consultants name. I phone again and got the line manager and got signed-up.

3 weeks ago the phones (Iphone 4S) sound goes dead. No ringing. I send it in for repairs (21-unlimited repair time begins). So I buy a new phone cash, download some apps and realize I am out of data. That's odd as *101# says I have used 600mb, and I am pretty sure I get 100mb 900mb 300mb. Took 5 calls (half of which dropped in the verificatin) on the 22nd to find out 2/3 data bundles aren't activated, to log a fault and get a ref for a (activation and refund). I was told to wait 24-48 hours. I phoned 30 mins ago. My request has not even been started.

This is only the tip of the ice berg.
