UNAUTHORISED DEBID ORDER AGAINST MY ACCOUNT

LegalWise deducted R160 from my business Trust Account.
The policy was for someone els, not for Hands on Letting. I forwarded proof of deduction to them. They accepted the fact that they deducted thy money from the incorrect account and will refund me. Up until today the money is not reflecting in my bank account. It is very easy to deduct money but to get your money back is very difficult.
