Mbd not refunding money taken illegally

Mbd credit solutions garnished my salary although i was paying my Woolworths account to another creditor. It is been almost a year and i am awaiting a full refund but everytime i call Mbd the lady says she will get back to me. They took R9000.00 from me and gave me only R2800 back. I want to know where my money is because they to me that the money was paid to the other creditor. Why are they beating around the bush. I just want my money back... they took money that was not due to them. Woolworths assured me that every cent taken by MBD will be refunded. Now i am still waiting for so many months. I want a response urgently.
