I was consulted by employee from this attorney regarding the Discovery-FNB account in 2011 even though the debt has prescribed that I owe approximately R14000. This debt prescribed before FNB handed this debt over to your firm for collection as you could not provide proof. 3 years had passed without FNB claiming this debt. As your company should be aware, in terms of the Prescirption Act. I hereby request your firm to leave me in peace and stop recycling buying back old debt. If your firm is not in agreement with this, kindly provide me with proof to substantiate why you disagree. No summons were issued against me. Details of last payment within last 3 years not provided. So see I understand and know and understand my rights I have not received feedback from the company ever since this is the third month.
