Rude Call

I called in to complain about the constant messages and calls that i get regarding an account i know nothing about. This was probarbly my 3rd call to this company and i got a hold of Mlungisi (consultant) who, instead of trying to understand my situation, insulted me and told me that i have an attitude and therefore will not recieve assistance. He repeated twice then ultimately, never helped me instead hung-up on me

I'm really disappointed and angry and need feedback regarding this urgently
