Incessant Harassement

After numerous contacts with your offices in which I have explained that my handbag was and the account was paid in full and closed in 2000, you keep on harrasing me. I'm sick and tired of you wasting your and my time. Please do your job properly so that this don't happen again. Please assign one person to a specific account so that this specific person be the one who's responsible if the comments that you give them been sorted out. I have done what YOUR company asked me to do a year ago, now your tell me that your didn't received the document SORRY if you don't read of see to it that these documents get to the right person. This account has lapsed (verjaar) 2 times already and if you don't stop harassing me, I will go to the police. Please get your things in order.
i herewith inform you that from this date I refuse to entertain any requests regarding this case. The next time you sms/contact me will be to inform that this case/matter is closed or settled. It looks like you don't read any of this complaints and this is saying just one thing you don't give a dime about your company???
