RE: Debt Collecting

The company took on 127 matters valued at R6.3 million as debt collectors about 19 months ago, i left them for approximately 14 months in which i received no correspondence, updates, or anything whatsoever from them on these matters, i then started asking questions as n lot of money is involved all i got from Shanelle is n she contradicted herself on many occasions of which i have the proof and is totally incompetent and can never give you an answer she blatantly about the issuing of letters, summons issued and the Sheriff of the court (According to her he defrauded them by charging them false fees the defendants on numerous occasions were there sherriff sent non returns) always had an excuse which i found to be false, many of them and they are documented cannot go into much detail as litigation is planned against them for the 6.3 million as the time frame is 3 years on debt matters. She made appointment with me the Tuesday after Easter weekend to discuss each matter on arrival was told she's not available, i demanded to see her and she came running into reception using abusive language that other staff came out to see what is happening? Directors covering her.
