The worng person was listed by attorneys

I was incorrectly listed at the credit bureau by Coulters Van Gend and Kotze for the amount of R23611. My mother and my title, initial and surname is the same, however our second initial is different. Mrs Pillay, the person in charge of the case was rude, dismissive and refused to acknowledge the error in their listing. Mr Franc who was rather approachable as a last resort has been avoiding getting back to me for 2 days after he admitted in an email to the fact that i was incorrectly listed. This listing has cost me a job and has damaged my reputation with prospective employers. The case number given to me by the attorneys reveals no identity name on the court archives. These attorneys have treated this matter irresponsibly and unethically. Mrs Pillay in particular has tried to bulldoze me into coming to their office to discuss how i will pay back the debt. The high school which handed over the matter to the attorneys is Wynberg Girls' High School. Jackie from the school has confirmed that the school governing body has written off the debt in February 2012 and yet the attorneys found it fit to list me in January 2013. I have lost so much time from my studies stressing.
