Total & Absoute Incompetence& Illegal Harassment

From 2007 this unprofessional organisation has been consistently & illegally harassing us after being supplied with the relative documentation by means of E-mail, Registered Post as well as Hand Delivery. Nothing seems to help as their Call Centre staff are totally incompetent & their management even poorer. Their control systems are typical 3rd World with absolutely no closure. They simply wait for a while then resume their SMS campaign to try & intimidate us. What is probably the worst is that they put out a warning to the Credit Bureau's to try & force us into committing an illegal act. We were sequestrated 14 years ago & have since then been fully & legally rehabilitated, but they insist on trying make us pay a inconsequential contract termination to Virgin Active, which by the way we are current members of. Can you please tell us what we can do to shut these up, we're desperate.
