COMPLAINT ABOUT EDIVORCE!!

I decided to use EDivorce after finding them online and reading about them in a magazine.
I checked first for any reports of, etc and after they seemed extremely reputable, I decided to use their services for my divorce.
Having little money and no time to get the documents myself, their promises of helping me out by generating the much needed documents was a definite drawcard!
After paying my R950 and receiving my login name and password, I tried to log on to the "registered users only" part of the website, which I could not find and therefore was unable to log in.
I have tried numerous times to call and have even sent an email requesting feedback, their line is always engaged and I have not received a reply.
I am highly frustrated and very disappointed in a company that would take advantage of people in such emotional and trying stages of their life just to make a quick buck.
Please don't use edivorce - I cannot stipulate this strongly enough!
