Owing on a MTN contract I do not have

I have been constantly contacted by VVM Debt Collectors, via sms and phone calls, concerning an outstanding amount that I am owing on a MTN contract.
This contract was opened using my personal details by an unknown person or persons.
I have submitted an avidavid reflecting this to MTN and received ref no:2096505 confirming receipt of this document. I do not, and have never had, a MTN contract
I will strongly dispute any threats to my unimpeachable credit profile.
The ref no from VVM was given as A4405016
I await a speedy resolution to this matte
