Useless support

The support personnel don't read the question properly before answering it. In ticket BNR-512-11087 I asked how to add buy now items to an auction I have won. In the reply they explained how to add items to your cart. Eventually it turned out you can't add buy now items.
In ticket ZNM-702-90002 I warned about a seller using the post office strike to buyers. In the reply they rant on about the effect of the post office strike.
