Bidorbuy is the worst online platform management

I was a 10yr plus seller on bidorbuy until today!
Firstly i get accused of when the post office does not deliver a parcel addressed to austalia where the postal address is identical to that used in SA. I did not know this until the second time i posted the same parcel. The first time i was lucky that the post office returned it to sender. This time i paid for delivery out of my own pocket so opted for the least expensive method. Thus the post office put stamp on it but forgot to give me a tracking number due to lack of training. Then bidorbuy freezes my account for books posted and paid for in the previous month. No wonder sellers dont deliver between having no money paid for items and the post office inefficiency!!! Bidorbuy should take lesson how to operate their system and see what problems a sell experiences.
