Purchased a second-hand GPS, deal no 6568966, on BOB. The item was advertised as excellent condition. When received the casing had damage and the GPS was not working properly. Returned the GPS to the seller, it is now almost a month and the seller refuses to refund the item. BOB have made a few feeble attempts to sort this out but may as well have just left it. BOB are allowing sellers to advertise second hand items with generic descriptions and pictures. Sellers are not following the rules of sale and yet they are still allowed to trade on BOB. BOB only protect sellers not buyers. I will now look at reporting this to the CPA, seller for not refunding and BOB for allowing second-hand items to be incorrectly advertised. This conduct is shocking to say the least and I will never use this buying platform ever again!!!
