This company will blacklist any person for money

I got a call one day from the bank, informing me that I've been blacklisted at TransUnion by WebOnlione for R250. On further investigation I realized that the Embassy of Serbia hosted their website with WebOnline, but when the Embassy closed down, WebOnline refused to cancel this account without the ID of the previous Ambassador, so the Embassy just closed their bank account. WebOnline blacklisted me because I assisted the Embassy with the purchase of their domain name which is where they found my information. When I contacted WebOnline, they refused to discuss this and demanded I pay the R250 to clear my name. I asked them for any proof that I opened the account or ever send them an email or even made any payment to them, but there was no response and they refused to allow me to discuss this with management. I took this up with the Credit Ombud who found in my favor stating: "Kindly be advised below default listing by Web on Line has been removed in your reports because creditor failed to provide us with credible evidence."
This is proof of the immoral practices taking place at WebOnline.
