Extortion of money from me after settling account

I had not used their services in quite some time and decided to close my account with them.
I asked Webonline to close my account with them on the 13/08/2013, and was told that I owed them R752.35, which I paid on the 23/08/2013.
I followed the payment up with a request to close my account again.
I received a reply on the 28/08/2013 telling me I now owed them R899.35. I replied with a proof of payment, showing I had settled the account.
I received another reply on the 06/09/2013 saying I now owed them R1046.35.
I told them I settled the account according the ORIGINAL mail they sent to me, and the protests have fallen on deaf ears. You cannot even speak to the accounts department telephonically, which just goes to show how crooked their business practices are.
This behaviour is no less than EXTORTION, and they have even gone so far as to send an ITC notice to me, which leaves me no choice but to take legal action against Webonline.
