Rated negatively because of bad selle

BoB is allowing a negative rating to affect me after a vengeful, obviously disturbed, seller gave my an unfair negative rating because I gave her a bad rating due to her items reeking of smoke.

I did everything needed from my side, paid on time, and received a revolting item from this pitiful seller. the seller refuses to allow me to return it so i gave her a negative rating, and she responded with one.

Bid or Buy does not protect its customers from vengeful sellers- how can you expect one to be honest about poop quality sellers if you dont protect them against vengeful attacks like this one.
