"Success fees on additional payments received for items not on order: 5735232".

This is now the third time I have stumbled across these "Manual Success Fees" being charged to my account. Copy of part of reply e-mail received with regard to the first complaint on order no. 5569750 12/2 "Thank you for your email. We have had numerous sellers trying to circumvent the system with their success fees so there is a report that gets run at the end of each month with regards to this, i have sent it through to our Financial Manager to reverse the fees." If this is a monthly report, how come I was charged on 17/2 order no. 5604403 in such a short space of time? Both times these charges could have been avoided had Bid or Buy the decency to e-mail me in this regard. They have the manpower to manually generate charges but not the manpower to investigate before charging.

I will be lodging a complaint with the Consumer Council. To my knowledge an institution (Bid or Buy) is not permitted to charge amounts to an account without the knowledge of the user (frikkie_van).
