Non delivery of ourchase made through bid or buy

I ordered a Motorola battery through Bid or Buy on 30 November 2012 and I have not received it to this day. The order number is # 5475022 and I have sent countless emails to enquire on the matter and have received no response. I have also called the company and have been put on hold for hours on end and have received no assistance on the matter. I did everything correctly on my part and paid everything I have had to pay. Hello Pater is my last resort now to getting a resolution to my problem.
