Desperate help needed from AF - but no luck:(

I left my previous company a while ago... everything was in order..now I have received three different stories for AF agents... and Team Leaders... all my paperwork is in order... and the last allocation was made, you have 2 call recordings to prove this is what you said to me. All my life plans are built around this process, not I get told there is an admin hold, everything from my path was done correctly, everything from my previous employee was done correctly... please please help me and stop quoting the process to me... which has been different on 3 different calls. I am not a number, I have been with you for 11 years.
Desperate for assistance and resolution. I am leaving for overseas soon to see my 3 year old daughter, who I have not seen in a year... I there is a lot hanging in the balance here... all was dependant on this process running smoothly. I have done my part, please do yours...
