Its amazing when you look into your cell accounts, the type of billing that creaps in. Viamedia is one of those. 67 times i got billed and that is just for the month of Feb. Over and above that the charges occur between 00:30am and 03.00am WHEN IM ASLEEP. In one evening im charged 6 times, 5 of those at the time 02:58.42!!! i dont even ever recall giving permission for this service whatever it might be, but seriously? Do we not already have enough to deal with on daily basis to have to spend time checking our accounts with a fine tooth comb. Im sure if i start looking into the previous months billing I going to be horrified. Surely the Consumers Board will be able to assist and getting ALL my monies back.
Questions is if i will ever get a response... and a refund!!!
