Incompetence on the 1 day that you should shine!

I guess just like all the dozens of other complaints they got yesterday, I'm also in the same boat.

My Valentine's delivery never came. They did not reply to an email request and their call centre number was also out of order.

You really ruined it for many, many people. On the one day that you should not have.

I assume and hope that like me, all the other clients you let down yesterday will not use your services again. Seems like a great opportunity for a new player in the market
