This is ridiculous!!

I am very disappointed with the service of Hairevolution, I have made a payment and ever since then I have not had a response from them.

They advertise that you will receive your package the next day and that is why I paid for the speedy service, I was told on Monday that I will receive my tracking number on Tuesday, it is Wednesday already and I don't know where my parcel is, if it is even on its way because I don't even have a tracking number, and after numerous emails and sms's I still do not have what I paid for.

This is bad service, I will not be buying from them again, I always buy online and this is the first time ive experienced service like this, I demand my money back, or a response please.
