WOW WOW WOW!!!

I had a problem with a order that I placed from China from Bid or Buy, the supplier did not inform me that the newly packaged phoned was only open to one service provider. I had a chat via email with the supplier, but then he started to ignore me, after payment was made to Bid or Buy (thank )! I phoned the call center of Bid or Buy and spoke to the most friendly consultant: Ntathu, he gave me valuable information, and after a while I phoned him back and asked him to rather cancel my order as I was mis-informed. There-after I placed another order - a bid, and he helped me to cancel that order too, I was too eager to get a cellphone as mine was, and it was not really the deal that I had in mind, and my emotions took over. I explained it to him and he understood, and because I had place the bid 10 minutes ago he promised me that he would cancel it on my behalf, and he never became angry or irritated with me. I then phoned again with a new order and he was kind enough to place the order on my behalf. What a nice guy, 20 out of 10 for excellent service!!!
