INCORRECT ORDER DELIVERED, STILL WAITING FOR MY AC

I ordered a Habits pullet skirt and Style36 delievered a black jersey, but the courier guy asked me to check if it was the right order and I decided to send it back with the courier, I called, emailed, called, emailed and now their phone just rings, I want to know what happened because I need the skirt by Christmas, I odered 2 weeks back with the sale, and theconsultant do not want to take responsibility for any of this, I dont want a refund, I want the skirt and I dont want any substitutions either, I ordered andpaid but they do this, what can one do? I mean they don t even follow-up on emails to acknowledge any of them, I have called them 15 times since last week Thursday, I need answers and my skirrt, nothing more/less, I am because of them not being able to attend to such matters. I need an answer and they never do call, no matter what, Naspers should know about this, I wonder what the operations director has to say about this.
