NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND

After purchasing a new and faster computer, I needed to purchase software packages to get my new computer running and ordered 2 computer software packages from ASQ Internet CC. The reason I ordered it from ASQ Internet, Mr. Evert van der Horst, he convinced me that he was the cheapest around. I paid R 249.00 for Quick Heal Total Security, R 2499.00 for Office 2013 and R 125.00 for delivery to Bela Bela on the 11th of September, 2013. After many e-mails and phone calls later, these packages according to Mr. van der Horst were always on their way to me and until todays date (7th Nov. 2013) they still haven't arrived. He has promised me a refund for the last 3 weeks now and it has never happened. What a artist! What appalling service! Take the customers money, don't deliver and never refund! Nice way of doing business and I sit with a NEW computer I can't use, nice!
