Bad first experience!

So after contemplating about subscribing to your service after reading so many complaints about your bad service I finally decided to give you guys a try. According to your website I was suppose to receive my box between the 8th and the 15th of each month. On the 21st I still had not received my box and called the call centre, the guy assured me that my box would be delivered during the course of the day. Disappointingly nothing came! I sent an email with no response because I could not get through to your call centre. I called again this morning and my box finally arrived. My first box, what a disappointment! I'm 23 and I received anti ageing products?? What's the point of completing a beauty profile! There was nothing special about the box even though your website makes it seem so glamorous. I guess my expectations were too high. I just thought you guys would put more effort in a first time customer.
