RUBYBOX - WEBSITE NOT WORKING!

I am a member of Leisure Books and they were running a special with Rubybox. I could not log on via the e-mailed link and then tried on their official website. I could not even get past the register for a new account as their website was frought with errors. I sent them an e-mail via their website but still had not received a response. SERIOUSLY... I missed the special now and also now still cannot even sign up. I phoned their call centre and the lady who took my call did absolutely nothing about me wanting to sign up and was more concerned about their website not working. After 8 minutes, I eventually told her that I was not interested in their website problems and merely wanted to subscribe to their service after which she told me I needed to sign up via their website... THE NON WORKING ONE!!! I have now given this a second thought - now that I have seen all the customer complaints about them.
