Late, additional fees, sales people are liars

Website has been paid for and is currently 3 weeks late being published. it has currently taken 5 weeks to finalize a design. my account has even been debited R2500 already, for nothing.

On phone calls, sales people will tell you any rubbish to get you off the phone. i was told the site was going "live" 3 weeks ago. still not up.

Additional fees are charged for what should have been included. i requested ftp details at the first meeting with the salesperson, then in all e-mail communications with the designer. the salesperson told me ftp details (to change photos on my gallery) are not a problem. the designer ignored all my ftp detail requests, and when finally pushed for those details, i was told i had to pay an additional R1500. to log into my own site... for which im paying R 34, 200.

I highly recommend Sulaco New Media as an alternative. i am truly sorry i ever signed this contract.
