Email and Web hosting company is a Joke!

This company is hosting our emails and website and for the past month now, they have been having problems with their servers, causing us to not have internet. They are passing the buck the hole time, but they aren't solving the problem. We were down for 2 whole days and the problem keeps persisting, and we are down everyday, the time periods just vary. This is ridiculous and they are causing us to lose emails and also lose business.
