No delivery & no answer at customer service

I placed an order more than 7 weeks ago, and still nothing has been delivered.
2 weeks ago, I contacted City Slicker for the first time (via Hello Peter, as their customer service NEVER answers the phone & doesn't phone back if you leave a message). They contacted the supplier, who said they would deliver before the end of that week (2 weeks ago) but clearly this was not folowed up, because guess what, it still has not been delivered!
PLEASE REFUND ME AS THIS IS REDICULOUS!!
