Ordered flowers for 2nd september for a birthday

Hi. I ordered flowers for a birthday and was told to send proof of payment to net florists which I did. But the gift never got delivered on the day and I was then to and told that an email from the bank takes 72 hours. I was never told this at the time of ordering. It is so disappointing that a huge company like net florists gives their clients such pathetic service. It is so embarrassing that a gift is not delivered on the day it suppose to be.
