Android Mall
Consumer Protection Act breached

Internet & Web

On my tablet a recommended application appeared for Andriod Anti virus Software, this is advertised as free and falls under the free application category, even when looking on the Internet this is also advertised as FREE. However this is NOT FREE, this month a was charge a R10.00 a day subscription fee, which I DID not confirm, for the anti virus software that is advertised as FREE. The is the uppermost breach of the consumer protection act as the subscription fee of R10.00 a day is NOT openly shown anywhere. This is misleading advertising and who will protect the consumers out there. Surely it is only fair to myself as innocent consumer that the total that has been deducted be reimbursed in full without delay.
