I ordered a personalised sparkling wine for my wife on our anniversary. I had it delivered. When choosing labels and wording, I was quite impressed with how it looks. This excitement however, did not last long. After delivering the bottle, I saw it the evening and was impressed with myself till I saw what the label looked like. A grade 1 child with a home printer could have done better. The label was not glued on straight, the label template I chose, was not on the bottle, instead, they used a normal, 80gsm printer paper with black and white print. I complained about this, where after I was asked to send pictures. This I did the same day. Emailed twice to find out what the outcome was, but no response.
