Daughters 14th bday disappointment, NO delivery!

Hi, my husband ordered a big bouquet of sunflowers for his daughters 14th birthday, he lives in gauteng and she lives in hartenbos and he wanted to spoil her with her first ever flower delivery and make her day that much more special but to our disappointment the delivery that was arranged for anytime before 1 pm today never made it. and on top of it the order we submitted
wasn't was also not met with. the flowers we ordered weren't in stock and the other flower choices were also not available, we paid a large amount of money for disappointment and embarrassment. i am very upset with the service, we were never given an alternative number to contact due to net florist offices closing at 12pm on a Saturday and we now have no idea of what to do a day that was meant to be so special is now such a sad day.
i sincerely hope that i receive a response as i would like a full refund on our purchase that was never made.
