POOR QUALITY ITEMS AND NO RESPONSE

Dismayed with total lack of concern from Catch of the Day
Sent following with photos on 7 June:
Bought my daughter an art station from you for her birthday (which is today). We had not opened the box until last night when we set it up so she would see it this morning. Was quite shocked at state of product.
- White board section has somehow rusted and is flaking off. Surface is cracked and bubbled and not useable at all! Box itself was undamaged and dry and all items were in plastic so this damage was before item was packed;- One of the magnets was completely broken, several the magnets have come out.
I have put the unit up for my daughter but I am extremely unhappy as only the chalkboard section is useable.
I do not think there was any value for money here as product seems to be shocking quality.

On 27 June I followed up:
Have had no feedback in 3 weeks now which is really not acceptable. I need a response by close of business today please otherwise I will just address issue on forums such as Hellopeter, Facebook etc

Still no reply, I was purchasing from Catch of the Day on a regular basis as were friends & fam but not anymore!
