Beware who you buy from

At the beginning of the year I won a bid from Jacky Chan, for a notebook, I very soon got a reply to order the accessories which I did. I waited and inquired at the Post Office a few times and never received my parcel. I have emailed a few times with no response and when checking the tracking number she gave me it does not exist. Ordering from Mr Frog from overseas is a pleasure and I never had a problem previously on bid or buy, only delay from the Post Office as my parcels get sent from one side of the world to another. Our Post Office is also very unreliable. I need some response as I cannot afford to pay for goods then never receive them.
