I have sent emails to Petronella from the 29th May requesting updates to the few pages of our website. I followed up via email and phone on several occasions with her never getting back to me. A month went by with the updates not done. On the 24th June I spoke to her, she never shows any remorse or offers an explanation. She said I would have to pay R600 for the updates as it is more than an hours worth of free updates we get monthly. I disputed that they were simple content updates that would take me max 20mins to do myself. She said she would ask her designer & get back to me but she didn't. Again I had to call her & made my frustrations clear. She said her designer would do the changes & she would let me know when they were done. She didn't. 4 working days later, I checked & the updates were done but were very haphazard & unprofessional. Yesterday at 3:51pm I sent a detailed irate email to Petronella stating my grievances & the issues with the updates. The designer today sent a brief email advising that the changes were done. It is 3pm today & as usual there is no contact from Petronella & no apology or remorse at all from SA Webs. Definitely time to move our website!
