BAD SERVICE

I have logged an incident 2 weeks ago where I asked mweb to fix my internet, 2 weeks later, still no internet. They don't phone with any updates, the support / service is absolutely shocking AND, it is a business account. I am sick and tired of phoning them and asking for updates, and then best of all, they don't have any updates. Think twice before choosing your ISP! I done with them.
