December last year I have had my company website designed by Jolene from [URL Removed] Their services are far from cheap but they came recommended and I decided to bite the bullet as backup support is important as my business evolves around the website.

Now 6 months down the line my online shop (the hearth of the website) suddenly stopped functioning. I contacted [URL Removed] and they told me that this was due to incompatibility issues... inconvenient for me as the website is "out of warranty". They can resolve the problem but the site needs to be redesigned, something with a new theme. They are willing to do this as "extra work" meaning a premium hourly rate.

My advice if you need to have a website designed look elsewhere as with [URL Removed] once you made the final payment their is no service anymore just new invoices.
