Dec 13, paid 2 fines via Paycity, received receipts - So Far Ok

Started receiving in post from beginning Jan 14 "Notices"

Went onto website & Logged an enquiry on Monday 27/1/14 = "TO DATE NO RESPONSE"

Sent another enquiry Thursday - = "TO DATE NO RESPONSE"

Phoned call centre today Friday, got cut off while talking.

WHERE TO NOW? - I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT PAYCITY HELPS TO MAKE OUR LIVES EASIER WITH REGARDS TO FINES - THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.

I avoid Road Blocks in case I am falsely arrested! - Is paycity becoming like Sanral?

Q - IS IT STILL WORTH BEEN REGISTERED WITH PAYCITY, AS THEY ARE NOT THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEIR HELP!!!
