Bidorbuy
Paid but received nothing!

I bought a video camera on the BidorBuy site from jewellery Mall. I paid my money and when nothing happened for a considerable time, I emailed and got the response that the item was in transit. I have been waiting for my money back. The latest email I got from sarah du Preez on 23 may 2013 was that it takes 16 days for money to be returned. Still nothing and it is now 14 June 2013. I buy on the BidorBuy site believing that it is safe to do so. Obviously not.
