Unauthorised Billing

I called Cell C today and they advised me that the WASPA Company is deducting R1.30 everyday since the 1st of June 2013 on my Cell C bill because I subscibed for the Dream Content Service. I have not subscribed to anything with their company and I would like it to stop asap. I would really appreciat if they can reverse all rthe money that was already billed to my Cell C contract phone.
