We have been with amobia for some while and all was good until the start of this month. My mother does no longer use the bank account we used for the debit order. She emailed on the 3rd of this month to ask for a form to change the debit order there was a reply on the 10th a week later from amobia asking to just send the details so they can update it since then no email was received from them again. Last Friday, 24th they foned to get the details again. We are also still waiting for their bank details which was also requested on the 3rd. Now yesterday the Internet went offline and support notified me that the account was stop and we should contact the accounts department. This is just pathetic service from them it takes a whole week just to get a form which we never did get and then at the end of the month they want the details to update their info and on-top off that they disable the account.
