Honestly I am so tired of calling the Universal Healthcare call centre.
I had an incident on the 9th of February 2013 where I had to take my daughter for a health check-up as she enrolled for Cabin Crew course. I paid the bill and promptly send my claim to be repaid on 28 February 2013. After numerous emails from 28/2/2013 till today 30 April no payments has been done.
