Unreasonable time frame to cancel

I have sent Bonitas requestes since early april to cancel my subscription, and finally i have gotten feedback stating they will only cancel in end may, thisis unacceptable as i have given the company ample time to cancel my insurance, consumer rights are being vialated by taking a deduction in may after me requesting to cancel and giving the comapany more than 30 days of notice.
